Our Maintenance commitment

Our commitment doesn't end with the completion of a successful installation, unlike many of our competitors. We are able to maintain your equipment in order to keep it running perfectly throughout its long useful life.

We have recently made large capital investments into a software package which we hope will set us ahead of even our largest competitors, by providing complete history for sites, equipment, service planning.  Even the large international organisations do not implement such a system.

What we offer

We offer a range of maintenance on almost any electro-mechanical equipment regardless of  manufacturer, from emergency systems inspection and testing, portable appliance testing, lamp inspection and replacment, all services can be custom tailered to suite your requirements.

Planned maintenance contracts

We automatically offer our clients planned preventative maintenance contracts on all equipment supplied and installed by us. In cases where equipment has been installed by others we are usually happy to maintain the equipment subject to site survey.

So how does it work ?

Our service department will arrange for our engineer to carry out the specified number of visits and you will be provided with documentation for your records at each visit.

Once you are a contract customer you have access to our emergency callout facility and all the other benefits outlined above.

Each maintenance visit will be invoiced accordingly together with any remedial works and/or spares supplied after each visit.
